Components: A-the back of the Backing Plank; B-Coil Springs; C-Holes; D-Hooked Section (CO2 Weld Material)

Step 1: Insert B into C from the back of the Backing Plank

Step 2: Repeat Step 1, and then you will complete the combination of the Backing Plank

Step 3: Put the Backing Plank to the bottom sides of two steel plates

Step 4: Press B and turn around to make D perpendicular to the steel plates

Step 5: Repeat Step 4, and then D will adhere to the steel plates, and they are perpendicular
